Ingredients
- 6 Large jacket potatoes
- 1 tbsp Plain flour
- 1 tsp Chilli flakes
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
Method
- Cut the potatoes in chunky wedges (leaving the skins on) and blanch them in salty water for 10 minutes.
- Remove the potatoes and drain, leaving to cool.
- Pre heat the oil in an oven proof dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt, pepper, chilli and paprika. Toss in the potatoes and coat well.
- add the potatoes to the pre heated dish and cover them in the oil and cook for a further 20-40 minutes until crispy and golden brown
