- 1/2 lb. pkg. rotini noodles
- 1/2 c. stuffed olives, sliced
- 1/2 c. celery, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper (medium)
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 1 c. fresh mushrooms, chopped
- 1 c. corn, cooked and drained
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, in julienne strips
- 1 c. low-fat Italian dressing
- 1/2 c. low-fat mayonnaise
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 2 (5 oz.) cans chicken, drained
Method
- Prepare noodles; drain.
- In large bowl, combine noodles, corn, red pepper, mushrooms, olives, celery, onion and cheese.
