Ingredients
- 1 large jar kosher dills
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 3 Tbsp. white vinegar
Method
- Drain pickles and slice lengthwise.
- Place back in jar.
- Add sugar, celery seed and onion.
- Pour vinegar over pickles.
- Seal. Keep turning jar until sugar is dissolved.
- Refrigerate.
