Ingredients
- 3 cups boiling water
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1 1/2 ounces instant coffee
- 2 ounces vanilla flavoring
- 25 ounces vodka
Method
- Dissolve the sugar in 2 Cups of the boiling water with the cinnamon stick and add corn syrup. Dissolve instant coffee in the other 1 Cup of boiling water. Discard cinnamon stick. Let cool and pour both mixtures into a gallon jug. Add vodka and vanilla and shake well. Ready in about 3-4 weeks.
- Use in White Russians, Black Russians, in your coffee or add to a brownie or cake mix. Also could in a pinch for an oil change in your Ford F150 pickup.
