Ingredients

  • 3 egg yolks, beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. water
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. whipped cream
  • 3 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 2 c. halved green grapes
  • 1 (20 oz.) an pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 (10 oz.) jar red maraschino cherries, drained and sliced
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice

Method

  • In large saucepan, combine egg yolks, water, vinegar and salt.
  • Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and reaches 160°.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Fold in whipped cream.
  • In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
  • Add dressing and toss to coat.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours. Makes 12 to 14 servings.
