Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. chopped candied fruit
- 1 lb. chopped dates
- 6 slices pineapple (chunked)
- 4 oz. dry coconut
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 c. flour
- 2 c. pear halves
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Bake in cupcake papers at 325° for 15 minutes.
