- 1 (32 oz.) bag frozen hash browns (thaw 30 minutes)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 stick oleo
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 2 c. shredded sharp cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. corn flakes
- 1/4 c. oleo, melted
Method
- Heat until smooth, stirring, the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup and oleo.
- Add and mix thoroughly the sour cream, cheese, onions and thawed hash browns.
- Spoon into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
