Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb. ground beef
  • 4 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/4 c. water
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 lb. ground pork
  • 2 c. finely chopped celery
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 2 c. chow mein noodles (save 1/4 c. for topping)

Method

  • Brown the meat.
  • Add onions and celery; cook until vegetables are transparent.
  • Mix in remaining ingredients.
  • Pour into a greased casserole, top with crushed noodles and bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes.
  • Yields 6 servings.
