- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. diced celery
- 2 c. water
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. fat
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (3 oz.) can chow mein dry noodles
Method
- Saute beef, onions and celery in fat for 10 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients except noodles and turn into casserole. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- Sprinkle noodles on top 10 minutes before removing from oven.
