Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. uncooked rice
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. fat
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (3 oz.) can chow mein dry noodles

Method

  • Saute beef, onions and celery in fat for 10 minutes.
  • Add remaining ingredients except noodles and turn into casserole. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
  • Sprinkle noodles on top 10 minutes before removing from oven.
