Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
- 2 eggs
- 2 level tsp. baking soda
- 1 (16 or 20 oz.) can crushed juice pack pineapple, drained (save juice)
Method
- Cream eggs and sugar.
- Blend flour and baking soda; add with pineapple juice to egg mixture.
- Stir in nuts and crushed pineapple.
- Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake at 350° (325° for glass pan) for 35 to 40 minutes.
