Ingredients
- 5 1/3 c. shredded coconut (14 oz.)
- 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Combine in a large bowl the coconut, flour and salt.
- Stir in condensed milk and blend well.
- Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
- Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
- Bake 12 to 14 minutes.
