Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. soft margarine
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. sour milk
  • 2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
  • 2 c. chopped zucchini
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cloves

Method

  • Cream margarine, oil and sugar; add eggs, vanilla and milk. Beat together.
  • Mix dry ingredients and add to mixture.
  • Stir in zucchini.
  • Pour into greased 9 x 12-inch pan.
  • Bake at 350° for 40 or 45 minutes.
