Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Baker's White Chocolate
  • 3 Tbsp. milk, divided
  • 1/4 cup Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Product, divided
  • 2 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate

Method

  • Microwave white chocolate and 1 Tbsp.
  • of the milk in small microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 1-1/2 min.
  • or until chocolate is almost melted.
  • Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  • Add 2 Tbsp.
  • of the cream cheese product; stir until melted.
  • Repeat using semi-sweet chocolate, remaining 2 Tbsp.
  • milk and remaining 2 Tbsp.
  • cream cheese.
  • Spoon chocolate mixtures, side by side, evenly into two dessert dishes.
  • Refrigerate at least 15 min.
