Ingredients
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. cocoa
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Heat milk and sugar to rolling boil, stirring constantly.
- Boil and stir for 1 minute.
- Add cocoa.
- Beat with wire whisk until smooth.
- Remove from heat.
- Blend in butter, vanilla and salt. Makes 3 cups.
- (My family loves this over hot biscuits for breakfast!)
