Ingredients

  • 160 g bitter chocolate
  • 150 g butter
  • 3 eggs (whites and yolks seperated)
  • 34 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon cacao
  • 1 pinch salt

Method

  • 1.
  • Melt chocolate and butter in benmari style.
  • Leave it to get a cooler.
  • 2.
  • In a different cup, mix sugar and egg yolks.
  • 3.
  • Add and stir melted chocalate and butter to the mix.
  • 4.
  • In a different deep cup stir egg whites and salt until they become like foam.
  • 5.
  • Mix it with the chocolate mix and stir it with a spoon from down to up several times.
  • 6.
  • Divide the mixture to souffle cups.
  • 7.
  • Put hot water in oven tray and place the cups on the tray.
  • 8.
  • Bake it in the previously heated owen (175 degrees) for 8 to 10 minutes.
  • 9.
  • Serve it hot.
