Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 3/8 c. cocoa
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
- 3/4 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Mix flour, sugar, brown sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt in bowl with fork.
- Stir in water, oil, vinegar and vanilla completely.
- Pour into ungreased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
- Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 20 to 25 minutes.
