Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. butter, softened to room temperature
- 3/4 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. fresh blueberries
Method
- Preheat oven to 375° (350° for glass baking pan).
- Generously grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Blend all ingredients, except berries. Beat with mixer until smooth and well blended.
- Batter will be very thick.
- Gently fold in berries.
- Spread evenly in pan and prepare topping.
