Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons popcorn kernels unpopped
  • 1 3/4 cups gluten and Dairy free Dark Chocolate
  • 3 11/16 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 9/16 tablespoons golden syrup
  • 3 5/8 tablespoons dairy free margarine
  • 1/2 cup coconut desicated

Method

  • Air pop the popcorn and then crush slightly to smaller pieces, and then stir in the coconut.
  • Melt the remaining ingredients until smooth.
  • Pour the chocolate mix over the popcorn and mix well, until the popcorn is completely covered.
  • Place 1/4 cup mix into patty pans and set aside until set.
