Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons popcorn kernels unpopped
- 1 3/4 cups gluten and Dairy free Dark Chocolate
- 3 11/16 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 9/16 tablespoons golden syrup
- 3 5/8 tablespoons dairy free margarine
- 1/2 cup coconut desicated
Method
- Air pop the popcorn and then crush slightly to smaller pieces, and then stir in the coconut.
- Melt the remaining ingredients until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate mix over the popcorn and mix well, until the popcorn is completely covered.
- Place 1/4 cup mix into patty pans and set aside until set.
