Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoon Heaping flour (plain )
  • 3 tablespoon Heaping Coco
  • Dash of salt
  • 3 egg yokes
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • Pie crust
  • 1 cup of plain flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoon of COLD water
  • Blend and then roll
  • Put in pie pan and fork bottom
  • Bake 350 degree until brown

Method

  • Blend flour, salt, coco, sugar
  • Add evaporated milk
  • Beat egg yolks and then add
  • Stir continually on medium heat
  • When bubbling and tick remove from heat
  • Add butter and vanilla and stir smooth
  • Pour into pie crust
