Ingredients
- 5 egg yolks (save whites for meringue)
- 8 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 6 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. cocoa
Method
- Heat milk and just before it boils, have the other ingredients ready and add slowly.
- When thick pour in crust and add meringue.
