Ingredients
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. Karo (light or dark; can use 1/2 c. each)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. pecan halves
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Method
- In large bowl, combine eggs, syrup, sugar, chips, batter and vanilla.
- Stir until well blended.
- Stir pecans in and pour in crust.
- Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
