Ingredients
- 4 to 5 Tbsp. cocoa
- 3 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. sugar
Method
- On low heat, mix sugar, cocoa and milk together.
- Let simmer on low until mixture forms firm ball in glass of cold water.
- This can be done by taking approximately 1/2 teaspoon of mixture and dropping it in water.
- When the firm ball forms, remove immediately from heat.
- Add vanilla and beat in the peanut butter until completely mixed in, then pour into buttered-greased pan. Set in refrigerator until hardens.
- Slice into squares.
