Ingredients

  • 1/3 cups Greek Yogurt
  • 2 whole Egg Whites
  • 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1/3 cups Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
  • 2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa
  • 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Sprinkles, For Garnish (optional)

Method

  • Mix Greek yogurt, egg whites and vanilla extract into a small bowl.
  • In a separate bowl combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, sugar, and salt.
  • Combine and whisk till evenly mixed (If batter seems too thick, add 1 tablespoon of milk).
  • Heat a nonstick skillet on medium heat. Once it's hot, place 1/4-cup batter onto the skillet and cook till bubbles start appearing through the top of the pancake and then flip, about 1-2 minutes on each side.
  • Add sprinkles to make it pretty!
