Ingredients
- 3 c. oatmeal
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 stick oleo
Method
- Mix oatmeal and pecans in large bowl; set aside.
- In saucepan, heat the sugar, cocoa, milk, vanilla and oleo; let come to rolling boil.
- Boil for 1 minute and 15 seconds, no more!
- Pour over oats and pecans; stir well.
- Put by teaspoon onto wax paper.
