Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1 stick butter
- 3 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 3 c. oats
Method
- Measure out oats and peanut butter in bowl.
- Combine sugar, milk, butter and cocoa in medium sized saucepan.
- Bring to full boil for 2 1/2 minutes.
- Remove from heat. Add salt and vanilla. Blend in peanut butter and oats.
- Mix well.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper.
- Cool until firm.
