Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas, peeled and chopped into medallions
- 1 avocado (optional)
- 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 splash almond milk (optional)
Method
- In a high powered blender or food processor, mix all ingredients. Use almond milk to help get things moving in the blender if necessary. Blend until a creamy, soft-serve consistency is obtained.
- Pour mixture into bowls and add toppings if desired (chocolate chips, coconut flakes, chopped nuts, etc.).
