Ingredients
- 1 cup Dove dark chocolate miniature (about 20 pieces per cup)
- 2 large eggs
- 2 large egg yolks
- 14 cup sugar
- 2 14 cups whole milk
Method
- Arrange ramekins in shallow baking dish filled with 2" of hot water.
- Whisk eggs, yolks and sugar until thick, set aside.
- Boil milk and add to egg mixture in slow steady stream while whisking.
- Add dark chocolate miniatures; stir until melted.
- Fill pots with chocolate mixture and bake in preheated 325-degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes, until set.
- Carefully remove pots from hot water, cool to room temperature before refrigerating for 3 hours.
