Ingredients
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 3/4 c. butter or margarine, chilled
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. quick oats (uncooked)
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Add brown sugar, butter and salt.
- Mix together.
- Add flour and oats to mixture.
- Mix until crumbly. Press about 2/3 of mixture (2 1/2 cups) into bottom of greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
- Leave remaining 1/3 mixture in bowl.
