Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. cocoa
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. low-fat oleo
- 3 1/2 c. quick cooking oatmeal
- 1 c. coconut
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- dash of salt
Method
- Mix sugar, cocoa, milk and oleo in a saucepan; bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute.
- Add the remaining ingredients.
- Allow oatmeal time to absorb moisture, then spoon out onto waxed paper and allow to harden.
