Ingredients
- 4 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 1 pt. marshmallow cream
- 2 pkg. chocolate chips
- 3 Hershey bars (4 1/2 oz. or one 12 oz. bar), broken into bits
Method
- Boil sugar, evaporated milk and butter to soft ball stage (235°).
- Put marshmallow cream, chocolate chips and Hershey bars in large bowl.
- Pour hot mixture over and beat until it is ready to pour into pan.
- This makes a lot so get a buttered 15 x 12 x 1-inch pan ready.
