Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
- 1/2 c. half and half
- 9 oz. dark or milk chocolate
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Method
- Heat
- corn syrup and half and half over direct high heat. Lower heat and stir in chocolate.
- Heat and stir constantly until chocolate is melted.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Yields 1 1/2 cups. Store unused portion in refrigerator.
- Dip in the fresh fruits of the season.
