Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix, baked and crumbled
- 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
- 4 or 5 bananas
- 1 small box instant vanilla pudding (use recipe on box)
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1/2 to 1 c. pecans
- coconut (enough for 2 layers)
Method
- Layer in order listed, using about 1/3 of each ingredient in "first round" and the remainder of each ingredient in the "second round" of layers, always beginning with cake crumbs and ending with coconut.
