Ingredients
- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- Chocolate Crumb Crust (recipe follows)
Method
- Heat oven to 450°.
- In a large mixer bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, cocoa, sour cream and vanilla; beat on medium speed of electric mixer until smooth.
- Add flour and eggs; beat well. Pour into Chocolate Crumb Crust.
- Bake 10 minutes.
- Without opening oven, reduce temperature to 250°; continue baking 30 minutes (cheesecake may not appear set in middle).
- Turn off oven; leave cheesecake in oven for 30 minutes without opening door. Remove from oven.
- With knife, loose cake from side of pan.
- Cool to room temperature.
- Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
