Ingredients
- 1 pkg. whole graham crackers
- 2 pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
- 3 c. milk
- 9 oz. Cool Whip
- 2 pkg. Baker's Redi-blend or 2 squares melted baking chocolate
- 2 Tbsp. soft butter
- 2 Tbsp. light Karo syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 3 Tbsp. milk
Method
- Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Line with a layer of whole graham crackers.
- Mix pudding and milk.
- After beaten, add Cool Whip. Pour half of mixture over crackers.
- Layer more crackers.
- Pour over remaining mixture.
- Top with layer of crackers.
