Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. whole graham crackers
  • 2 pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
  • 3 c. milk
  • 9 oz. Cool Whip
  • 2 pkg. Baker's Redi-blend or 2 squares melted baking chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp. soft butter
  • 2 Tbsp. light Karo syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. milk

Method

  • Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • Line with a layer of whole graham crackers.
  • Mix pudding and milk.
  • After beaten, add Cool Whip. Pour half of mixture over crackers.
  • Layer more crackers.
  • Pour over remaining mixture.
  • Top with layer of crackers.
