Ingredients
- 1 angel food cake
- 2 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3 eggs, separated
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 pt. whipping cream
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 Tbsp. milk
Method
- Heat chocolate with milk to melting.
- Beat egg yolks and beat into chocolate; cool.
- Beat egg whites and fold into chocolate. Beat whipping cream and sugar.
- Add to mixture.
- Break cake into small chunks and mix into chocolate.
- Put in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Cover with nuts.
- Refrigerate.
- (Can be frozen.)
