Ingredients
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. blueberries
Method
- Combine the first 6 ingredients thoroughly with pastry blender until coarse crumb consistency.
- Take out 1 cup; reserve for topping.
- To remaining mixture, add the eggs and milk.
- After blending, fold in the blueberries, which have been dusted with sugar-cinnamon mixture to coat.
- Pour into two 8-inch round cake pans; sprinkle the reserved crumbs on top.
- Bake at 375° for 50 to 60 minutes.
- (Freezes well.)
