Ingredients
- 1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding
- 1 c. cold milk
- 3 1/2 c. (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- 20 chocolate sandwich cookies, ground
- 1 1/2 c. rocks (use any combination of chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, chopped nuts and granola bar chunks)
- 1 chocolate crumb crust
Method
- Prepare pudding mix as directed with 1 cup milk.
- Fold in Cool Whip.
- Stir 1 cup cookies and the "rocks" into pudding mixture. Spoon into pie crust.
- Sprinkle with remaining cookies.
- Freeze until firm, 4 hours.
- Garnish with gumdrop flowers or gummy worms. Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
