Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding
  • 1 c. cold milk
  • 3 1/2 c. (8 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 20 chocolate sandwich cookies, ground
  • 1 1/2 c. rocks (use any combination of chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, chopped nuts and granola bar chunks)
  • 1 chocolate crumb crust

Method

  • Prepare pudding mix as directed with 1 cup milk.
  • Fold in Cool Whip.
  • Stir 1 cup cookies and the "rocks" into pudding mixture. Spoon into pie crust.
  • Sprinkle with remaining cookies.
  • Freeze until firm, 4 hours.
  • Garnish with gumdrop flowers or gummy worms. Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
