Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bars
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- Melt over hot water the chocolate bars; stir until smooth.
- Remove from heat; cool 5 minutes.
- In small bowl, beat eggs and salt at high speed until thickened, 3 minutes. Add brown sugar and beat at high speed until thick, about 5 minutes.
- Beat in cooled chocolate and vanilla until smooth.
- Drop onto greased pan.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes; cool.
