Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bars
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Method

  • Preheat oven to 325°.
  • Melt over hot water the chocolate bars; stir until smooth.
  • Remove from heat; cool 5 minutes.
  • In small bowl, beat eggs and salt at high speed until thickened, 3 minutes. Add brown sugar and beat at high speed until thick, about 5 minutes.
  • Beat in cooled chocolate and vanilla until smooth.
  • Drop onto greased pan.
  • Bake 8 to 10 minutes; cool.
