Ingredients
- 1 chocolate cake mix
- 1 (4 oz.) chocolate instant pudding
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. water
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. chocolate chips
Method
- Mix all ingredients with electric mixer, adding chocolate chips after mixture is smooth.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- This cake is delicious, needs no frosting, keeps and serves well!!
- First used this recipe on a Girl Scout outing; it is a must when Potluck spends a weekend in the Palm Desert/Desert Hot Springs area.
- And we always need two cakes.
