Ingredients
- 1 devils food or chocolate cake mix (1 lb. 2.25 oz.)
- 1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. mini chocolate chips
- 1 3/4 c. milk
- 2 eggs
Method
- Place all ingredients in bowl.
- Mix by hand until well blended.
- Spray 12-cup tube pan (or Bundt pan) with nonstick cooking spray (Pam, etc.).
- Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes or until done.
- Do not overbake. Cool in pan.
- Remove and continue to cool on rack.
- After cooling, sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
