- 1 c. butter or margarine, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate instant pudding mix
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 3 1/3 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 3 c. chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Cream butter, sugar, brown sugar, pudding mix and vanilla in a large bowl.
- Beat until smooth and creamy.
- Beat in eggs.
- Add mixture of flour and baking powder gradually, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
