Ingredients
- 3 c. mini marshmallows
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
- 1 oz. sq. unsweetened chocolate, grated
- 1 (9-inch) graham cracker or chocolate cookie pie crust
Method
- Melt marshmallows in 1/2 cup milk in top of double boiler. Let cool, stirring occasionally.
- When cold, whip the whipping cream until stiff and fold into the marshmallow mixture.
- Fold in grated chocolate.
- Pour into pie crust and freeze.
- Thaw slightly before serving.
