Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. butter or margarine, melted and cooled to room temperature
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
- 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Method
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- In a large bowl beat eggs until foamy. Mix in flour, sugar and brown sugar; mix well.
- Blend in melted butter.
- Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts, pour into pie shell. Bake 1 hour.
- Serve warm, topped with Cool Whip or ice cream.
