Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 3 cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons Sea Salt
  • 12 ounces, weight Dark Chocolate Chips

Method

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine butter, peanut butter and sugars. Beat 2 minutes on medium high speed. Add eggs and vanilla and beat for an additional minute or until well blended.
  • In a smaller bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Gradually add to butter mixture and beat well. Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet, 2 inches apart. Bake for 12 minutes. Cool on baking sheet for 2-3 minutes and then transfer to wire rack. Cool completely.
  • These cookies store well and freeze well. This recipes makes 5 dozen cookies.
