Ingredients
- 1 cup Butter
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 whole Eggs
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 3 cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 12 ounces, weight Dark Chocolate Chips
Method
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine butter, peanut butter and sugars. Beat 2 minutes on medium high speed. Add eggs and vanilla and beat for an additional minute or until well blended.
- In a smaller bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Gradually add to butter mixture and beat well. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet, 2 inches apart. Bake for 12 minutes. Cool on baking sheet for 2-3 minutes and then transfer to wire rack. Cool completely.
- These cookies store well and freeze well. This recipes makes 5 dozen cookies.
