Ingredients
- 2 rolls slice and bake chocolate chip cookie rolls
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. walnuts (optional)
Method
- Cut rolls in thin slices and lay on bottom of greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Press slices together until it covers bottom.
- Cream the cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla together and spread on top of cookie mix.
- Place slices of second cookie roll on top (just place, they spread as they bake).
- Sprinkle with nuts.
- Bake 35 to 45 minutes at 350°.
- Cool, refrigerate and cut.
