Ingredients
- 1 1/3 c. sliced ripe bananas, frozen (about 2 whole)
- 1 c. skim milk
- 1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/4 c. wheat germ
- 1 egg (optional)
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 packet sugar substitute (if desired)
Method
- Slice bananas and freeze overnight.
- Place ingredients in blender; blend until smooth.
- Garnish with nutmeg.
- Yields 2 servings.
