Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup margarine or butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cup chocolate chips
Method
- Preheat oven to 375 Fahrenheit.
- Mix dry ingredients together in a medium bowl.
- Cream margarine and sugars.
- Add eggs and vanilla and beat together.
- Add dry ingredients to the wet.
- Mix well.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Mix well.
- Drop by teaspoonful on greased cookie sheet (or parchment paper lined) 2 inches apart.
- Bake at 375 Fahrenheit for 10 - 12 minutes.
- This recipe makes anywhere from 3 to 4 dozen cookies depending on the size of the "teaspoonful".
