- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. water
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
- 1 pkg. German chocolate, shaved
- 2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
Method
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Grease and flour a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Pour cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil and water into a large mixing bowl and beat 2 minutes.
- Fold in chocolate chips and 1/2 of the shaved German chocolate.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
- Mix remaining shaved chocolate and confectioners sugar together.
- Cool cake 10 minutes and dust with confectioners sugar mix.
