Ingredients
- 1 lb. brown sugar
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 2/3 c. margarine, softened
- 2 3/4 c. flour, sifted
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1 pkg. chocolate chips
Method
- Cream brown sugar and margarine.
- Add eggs.
- Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with milk.
- Add vanilla.
- Stir in nuts and chocolate chips.
- Pour into greased and floured tube or Bundt pan and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
