Ingredients
- 6 eggs, separated
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. brandy
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 6 sq. semi-sweet chocolate, grated
Method
- Measure off a length of aluminum foil long enough to encircle 4-cup souffle dish.
- Fold in half lengthwise.
- Fasten to dish with tape or string so collar is about 6 inches higher than rim.
